I'm a software developer based in the Greater-Toronto-Area in Ontario, Canada.

I have always had a passion for puzzles and producing solutions for challenges. I completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology, followed up by a Nursing degree as I also wanted to help people. Today I still am a Registered Nurse and while I still love to find ways to help people, there were still boxes left unticked by my nursing job; during the pandemic I worked in Public Health where we utilized software applications to document patient's health information and assessments during Covid-19, but there was often room for improvement with the technology. This inspired me.

I decided to take the leap and transition to software development where I could utilize my people skills as well as my love for puzzles and problem-solving to work on creating the most efficient, ideal solutions for challenges that we will continue to face in the coming years.

Outside of the coding world, I love to stay active whether that means hiking, playing volleyball, and hitting the gym. I also enjoy reading fantasy novels and RPG videogames(drop me a recommendation!) and drinking good coffee.
